Шүүхийн ерөнхий зөвлөл, Германы Олон Улсын Хамтын Ажиллагааны Нийгэмлэг(GIZ)-ийн хамтын ажиллагааны хүрээнд “Шүүх эрх мэдлийн байгууллагуудын эрх зүйн орчинг боловсронгуй болгох, чадавхыг сайжруулах төсөл” хэрэгжүүлж, 2022 онд санхүүжилтийн гэрээ байгуулсан.
Хамтын ажиллагааны үр дүнд edu.judcouncil.mn домайн хаяг бүхий “Шүүхийн захиргааны цахим сургалтын систем”-ийг боловсруулж, нэвтрүүлэх ажлыг “Гөү смарт тм” ХХК-аар гүйцэтгүүлэн, өчигдөр (2023.12.04) хүлээж авлаа.
Сургалтын системийг танилцуулах, сургалтын үйл ажиллагаанд нэвтрүүлэх зорилгоор нийслэл болон орон нутгийн шүүхийн Тамгын газрын шүүхийн захиргааны алба хаагчдад зориулж “Шүүхийн захиргааны ажилтны ажлын байран дахь сургалт”-ыг 2023 оны 10, 11 дүгээр саруудад зохион байгуулсан. Сургалтад нийт 322 шүүхийн захиргааны ажилтан хамрагдсан байна.
